On 20 September, 2014, Apollo Up! joined our friends Idle Bloom and Take the Power Back to play a benefit show for Planned Parenthood of Middle Tennessee. The show was organized by the Women's Health Initiative Network, as part of their efforts to spread the word about Amendment 1, a dangerous ballot initiative to amend the Tennessee Constitution to explicitly exclude protection for abortion rights. Sadly, this Amendment passed, but we fought like hell to stop it.

This recording is a lumps-and-all record of the sounds we made. We ran through our second LP, Chariots of Fire, in sequence (with the exception of swapping the last two songs, "Tennessee for Victory" and "Plans" as we usually did live). The audio here is taken straight from the board at Exit/In, and has been given a thorough once-over by the capable hands and questionable ears of Jay Leo Phillips.

Women's reproductive rights are sadly perpetually under attack. All proceeds from the sale of this record will be donated to Abortion Care For Tennessee. abortioncaretn.org
